01. Pre-production

IT ALL STARTS HERE

It all starts with our team arranging a convenient time for a Zoom call or a face-to-face meeting to get to know your hotel photoshoot better. During this initial consultation, we take the time to listen to your requirements and goals for the final images, as we understand that every project is unique and requires tailored strategies and implementation to achieve your desired outcomes and returns. We want to take all the hard work away from you.

Once we have gained a comprehensive understanding of your hotel photoshoot and expectations, we conduct location research to optimize the final hotel photos and ensure that we have all the necessary information to deliver the return and value for you.

Our primary objective here is to fully comprehend your needs and objectives for the luxury hospitality photography, and we work collaboratively with you to achieve this. We believe that effective communication and close collaboration are key to delivering a successful project, and we strive to keep you informed at every stage of the process.

02. Production

ONLY 50% OF THE PRoCESS

During this main phase, we will capture the luxury hospitality photography of the locations. Our experienced team will meticulously plan and organize each step of the shoot to guarantee that we get the best results. We believe that professionalism and friendliness go hand in hand, so our shoots are intentionally methodical, professional, and friendly.

Our crew will work collaboratively and creatively on-set to capture the high-quality content that we are known for. We will ensure that each image is the best under the conditions and meets your brand guidelines. Our team is dedicated to delivering the best possible results, and we will go above and beyond to achieve this.

03. Post-production

Working WITH YOU TO ACHIEVE RESULTS

Here we consolidate all the work done during the pre-production and production phases. Our workflows and processes accommodate hospitality clients who want to remotely select hotel images as they are shot, or clients who want a completely hands-off approach. Post-production is done in-house or by our retouchers based in the US. Within 14 days of the final shooting date, we will deliver high-resolution JPEGs for brand approval and revision requests. Rest assured, we will work all the way through the approval process with you.

We are based between Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Bangkok, Thailand. Travel expenses for all international assignments will originate in Bangkok, Thailand.

Since every project is different and requires a unique approach, we do not have a set rate sheet. Many variables go into our pricing structure, such as scope of work, location, hotel brand, how much we want to be involved in the project, etc.

This depends on the project. If it is a locally based project that requires numerous phases of shooting, we charge a per image rate. Otherwise, we charge a flat daily rate.

This ultimately depends on the shoot, as so many factors are involved. Based on our extensive experience, we can get anywhere between 8 and 18 photos in a 10-hour day.

Some brands require remote approval for each photo, which we can accommodate with a live online directory of the ongoing shoot. We aim to deliver the first post-processed proofs within 14 days of the final shoot date. Depending on the number of revision requests agreed to in our contract, we will deliver the revisions within 5 business days.
